Our creative team has experience in filming many an event. From farming expo's and cheese making tutorials in
South Africa, to documenting a year in the life of a primary school in Portishead.
No one in their right mind would decide to make a documentary without doing their research first - it's all about understanding the subject matter AND the audience. The same rule applies to filming events. Infact, we adopt this attitude for all the work we undertake. We always make sure that a full consultation with our client has been undertaken in order to get the most from our service, and to ensure that the final product goes much further than hitting the proverbial nail on the head. Filming events is something that we REALLY enjoy. The amazing thing about doing this kind of work is how we are constantly meeting new people with different interests, and having the chance to step into their world for the period that we are filming.
We can either video the event 'as seen' or, if requested, take on more of a 'fly-on-the-wall' documentary approach, similar to the reality programs that you see on TV.
